Alle
Gelübde, Verbote, Bannsprüche, Umschreibungen und Nebenbezeichnungen derselben,
Strafen und Schwüre, die wir geloben, schwören, als Bann aussprechen, uns als
Verbot auferlegen von diesem Versöhnungstage an bis zum heilbringend
herankommenden nächsten Versöhnungstage. Alle bereue ich, alle seien aufgelöst,
erlassen, aufgehoben, ungültig und vernichtet, ohne Rechtskraft und ohne
Bestand. Unsere Gelübde seien keine Gelübde, unsere Schwüre keine Schwüre.
All vows, prohibitions, bans, restrictions as
well as expressions of a similar meaning, penalties and oaths that we vow, swear,
impose and prohibit for ourselves from this Day of Atonement until the Day of
Atone-ment that is Coming upon us for good, all of which we regret - let them
all be dissolved, remitted, cancelled and declared null and void, without force
or validity. Our vows are no vows and our oaths are not oaths.
